今天收到EB1A RFE的信，是TSC officer XM382. 有几个问题想请教一下大家。
（1）原petition letter里claim 了4条，被RFE了三条。如果回复的时候想拿掉一条应
该怎么操作？需要在信里提出来自己不claim那一条了吗？这么写好像有点怪怪的。还
是回复的时候就不把那一条写进去？
（2）RFE 里包括这么一项：“Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, 204.5(h)(5)
states, "---- the petition must be accompanied by clear evidence that the
beneficiary is coming to the United States to continue work in the area of
expertise. Such evidence may include letter(s) from prospective employer(s),
evidence of prearranged commitments such as contr

遭人詬病的手機硬件升級-軟件沒跟上，
安卓系統演變成滿大街賣白菜，多數廠家，
主動被迫成為攢機商，尤其底層的大陸廠家。
大家功能類似，僅僅是dimension的區別，
電池的大小。
進場的沒人不想做手機OS，但除了那幾家
傳統軟件巨人，都不勝此力。安卓的開放系統，
給大家公平的機會，就是廠家訂製。前面，
HTC也改變策略，買了BEAT音箱，想茫茫機海stand out.
這次三星發布S3就是此一嘗試。這是向上遊的一個努力。
這一兩年，手機行業將基本塵埃落定。很難講鹿死誰手，
這麼說吧，最後死個兩三家現在的巨頭，都有可能。
這個有點訂製刷ROM的山寨感，不過可能就此改變下兩年的
手機版圖。
喬布斯死後，新創意只能看別家了。反正頭兒也開了。

1. Exactly address the concerns that the IO has.
2. Get a very good recommendation letter from your current boss to address "
clear evidence that the beneficiary is coming to the United States to
continue work in the area of expertise. Such evidence may include letter(s)

I got the same one though I did include a short research plan in my original
PL. I attached a research plan and then got another reference letter from
my boss to prove that I am going to stay in the same position and continue
to work on....

IO问你要证据。你在PL提没有用。所有的条款的申请都要有证据在后面背书。证据很简
单，找你的雇主，manager等写封信就可以。

我觉得不需要拿掉一条，反正只要过3条就行了，拿掉的话显得心虚，应该都尽量争取。
关于research的连贯性，可以从雇佣合同着手，公司或者supervisor出示证明，强调是
做research，而且目前的工作是建立在以前经验的基础上，具有一贯性。
