Kit好用，但是很贵。一个盒子里没几个柱子。
我要做BIFC，有很多组合，需要提很多plasmids。想自己提纯。网上搜了一些protocol
，基本上都是盐沉淀之后酚氯仿纯化。试过发现转染效率都极低。我用的系统是植物的
protoplasts，有实验室用CsCL离心效果很好。想问问有没有更清洁安全的protocol？

苹果说，给我十块钱我卖给你你就不要搞DVD了。所以苹果把这个搞得非常复杂。用苹
果的都不差钱，掏腰包就能得到最佳用户体验

用格式工厂之类的软件把dvd转成mp4文件就可以了.
另外现在用dvd看电影的不多了, 网盘上高清电影多的是...

我用过清华谢振华的用于哺乳动物细胞转染的高纯度质粒 DNA 的制备的方案，拿到
一大堆用于转染的质粒，花的时间长点，但便宜。

我以前也看到过。他们只用2ml的mini-prep，最后几个ul elute，然后做protoplasts
的转染，文章里说有70%的转染率。不知道你有没有试过？转染效率是否有这么高？我
要做BIFC，需要相对高的转染效率。谢谢
