引物设计有问题，可能落在intron里面了
或者是alternative splicing，你们检测的那种isoform不占大头

western blotting.

你是说quantitative? 不知道你这个怎么work的？感觉protein array
应该相当于elisa，没法解决non-specific的问题，和WB不能比

this protein microarray has positive and negative control. both is normal (
positive control is postive and negative control is negative). do you think
there is still non-specifice problem?
I know primer design may be one problem. but how we excluded the non-
specific result?
