背景介绍:
2个月前在版上求愿意平分AMEX SPG referral bonus (5K, 价值约$100)的referral
link. 通过一位热心的老id的referral link很快通过了申请. 但至今快2个月, 自己已
经拿到25000点, 但推荐人则仍未拿到那5000点. 而且推荐人和AMEX联系, AMEX反而说
我不是用他的referral link申请的卡, 不愿意给那5000点. AMEX居然耍赖皮.
我这方面尝试的解决办法:
刚才我自己给AMEX发信问为什么推荐人还没有收到点数, 请他们帮忙调查. 并附上了当
时收到的referral email 中的referral link. 很快收到AMEX回信如下:

Yes, do not worry. I will resolve your inquiry right away!
I do confirm that your Card was opened under the referral program and
it is
properly notated on your account.
For fulfillment of referral bonuses, please have your friend write to
us
using their User ID and password. Ask them to include your full name
as it
appears on your American Express Card and your city of residence in
their
email to us.
We will certainly look into it for them. I hope this helps and you
find the
information useful.

Hi,
I'm glad to have the SPG credit card and have got the 25000 SPG
points. However, my friend xxx who has referred me this credit card
hasn't got his referral bonus, 5000 SPG points. I applied the SPG
credit card through the link in his referral email from AMEX. And the
link is: https://www304.americanexpress.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
What's wrong with it? As a renowned company with almost the best
service among all the credit card providers, AMEX is the No. 1 in my
friend's view. He always relies on AMEX and keeps referring AMEX to
his friends, including me. However, why hasn't him got the referral
bonus? He deserves it. And this is also embarrassing me in front of my
friend. It seems that I didn't use his referral link but cheated him
that I used it. Actually, I did use the referral link I received and
the referral email is still in my inbox. Could you please do some
investigation and let me know what is happening? Thanks.
