北京，上海，广州海关基本没有人管你带了什么。估计地方大人见多识广也大气些。
深圳厦门杭州等2级海关就可能被查。有人随身背一个LV被挡住，要3000税。听旁边人
争论：我的是A货。海关回答：带假货罚款是5000一个。～～～～～～～～

For cancer research I agree. One of my paper took 6 month to get rejected.
Funny thing is that I'm working with the associated editor who rejected the
paper now, and I think he just recently realize that he rejected my paper.

他早就在北大带学生好多年了，只是一直没有全职回来．
如果说他做的方向得重要性的和他的成就，应该高于饶毅和程和平，跟谢晓亮比不好说
，但是谢又没有全职回来，所以他做这个主任是合理的．
而且他这一回来，估计国内可以跟Wendell Lim合作了，可喜可贺，中国总算摸到世界
最前沿的边了

then to back to back another paper whom is one outside reviewer or at
least her/his acedemic cycle (possible)

你怎么知道谁是associate editor? 通常都是senior editor写信给你的，associate
editor 通常是保密的吧？

LZ just prepare Move on to lower rank journal
from your MS met aggressive one reviewer at least one and s/he prefer
gave her/his even negative reply which can be delayed one working day that
is better.

Where does this notion that "the work of Einstein may at one time have been
dismissed"? Please check your facts. It was 1905 when Einstein made his
groundbreaking discoveries. Two of the subjects, Brownian motion and

researchers 100 years ago.
Accelerating a particle to 90% of the speed of light? Piece of cake. Going
the extra few percent higher gets progressively harder - that's why we need
CERN. Maybe research in general is not as dissimilar - when you start a new
field (relativity theory) you are bound to have a larger contribution than
when you enter it 100 years later. What about cancer research? HIV research?
Progres is bound to be incremental - until (maybe) a BIG IDEA comes along.
But since research doesn't happen in a vacuum, it is hard to predict which
ones of the little "insignificant" steps along the way helped out...

before next journal submission
try to figure out that reviewer 1 whom is a big bull/cow and also your lab
boss
cademic career's natural enemy, from historic reason or your lad found is
opponent to her/his paper/s result,
then if without exculded her/him on your next submission cover
leter, MS willl be rejected again with high possibility.
