是的，来的早不如来得巧。
I need four more months to refinance my own loan if the rate continues
dipping.

It is based on the rate offered to us from one of the banks in our pool.
this applies to best candidates.
And you will not see this rate from banks board.But you can alwasys google
financial news to double check the trend.
