Hi -
I am going to work for a small company and will need to find lawyer myself.
The lawyer who is currently doing the H1B transfer is not the 'proactive'
type and kept waiting until I followed up with him (I'm acting like the
middleman between the lawyer and the employer, to get things done).
I need a lawyer for PERM soon
Two questions --
1. Should I change lawyer?
2. What to look for in a good lawyer? e.g. is Local important? also I felt
that work style is very important...
Any thoughts appreciated!

买title insurance之前title company给免费的查还是自己要花钱买report?
银行能确保title clean? 如果买了住进去装修了，结果title 有问题了，那能赔多少？
装修的钱是否都白搭了？

有没有知道St Jude children hospital 的Brenda A. Schulman 实验室怎么样？看上
去似乎做结构还是不错的，不知道老板人怎样？另外，是不是现在做Ubiquitination
的生化的同位素还是很主要的技术？这样说来，postdoc去做P32 pulse-chase是不是不
合适啊？不想这个做一辈子。

你需要花钱买 title insurance 给 lender，title company 会去 search, 确保
clean title 银行才会放钱。如果真出问题了，title ins 会 cover。
再来，房子已经被银行收回去了，title 上应该没问题。你已不用担心之前屋主的问题
了。

if the bank provides title insurance, you don't have to worry about title.
in case that anything happens, title insurance will cover you that is why
you need one.
