之前做ChIP-qPCR的primer都是用别人已经发表的，然后今天听人说在不同细胞组织里
面同一个基因的promoter会不一样，所以最好用细胞特异的primer。我之前用的primer
都是别人发表的es细胞里面，但我作的不是es。于是开始对之前自己做的结果开始怀疑
了。。。。。大家有什么建议的么～～～～

It is true that some genes have alternative promoters for different cells/
tissues, however, the primers for ChIP-qPCR should cover the binding site of
your target transcription factor, therefore you should not worry about your
primers. If you know potential binding site of your target transcription
factor in other potential promoter of your gene, probably you should design
primers to cover those binding sites.

主要第一是看看你测试什么的binding， 比如转录因子TFs 还是histone的。
设计primer 比较麻烦，
首先看promoter位置，看有人报道过没有。 如果没有就预测，
主要是具体选择哪个区域，有时候不一定严格选promoter， promoter附近也可以。
根据你要pull down 蛋白来定
看看Dr young 的设计方法，希望你能用的上。

是histone，就是因为觉得设计这个的primer很麻烦，看有些文章对一个基因都要试n对
引物，所以就想走捷径用别人发表的。
