11/8日说俺和LP485的两份rfe寄出，一直没收到，然后11/27突然说邮局有问题，把两
份RFE给退回来了。马上做sevice request,讲是1个月内发信。最后直接找议员问rfe内
容，一直没回复，今天又让议员催了一次。结果下午收到邮件：
On December 3, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30
days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we
will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer
service at 1-800-375-5283.
问题是rfe是什么内容都不知道，咱也没有递交任何rfe，咋绿了？ 但lp的还没动静。
update: 全绿了，USCIS发了信，议员也发来了信确认批了。结果rfe是什么都不知道

用的是human monocytes细胞，同量的蛋白，但是结果发现loading control,还有其
他一些unspecific band的intensity完全不一样，感觉蛋白质不等量。
用的是BCA 测量蛋白的浓度。
同实验室其他的人说是因为本身的细胞有很多死掉的，所以导致即使放入同量的蛋
白，最后WB之后还是发现蛋白量不一样。

挺正常的，我都是按BCA 走一遍ACTIN 或者GAPDH　再按loading control 再RUN 一遍

你备份一下很麻烦吗？要问这么多遍？
换电池不会动手机里的内容 备份只是预防万一

什么叫按loading control 再run 一遍呢？

上周六收到通知说电池到了。于是昨天带着手机过去，小二说，1个半小时后来取。于
是我两小时后到，小二告诉我，我的电池没法换，给我换个新手机
还好把photo都备份了。所以还是要备份，以防万一

First you detect you sample using BCA.
Then you need adjust your samples accoring to the concentration and run gel
for hybridizing actin.
Finally you adjust your samples again according the different density of
action.
That is all
