学历和经验要求：
o 分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学，病理学专业硕士或博士学位
o 具有扎实的分子生物学理论基础。丰富的DNA、RNA和定量 PCR (TaqMan) 等有关分子
生物学技能 （3年以上经验）
o 较强的英语阅读和口语水平
o 具有一定的管理经历和经验
o 能熟练运用Office Word、Excel、Powerpoint和有关视图软件
职位描述：
o 上任后将在美国进行短暂的技术转让学习，回国后负责公司整个肿瘤分子检测技术流
程的技术转让，建立和运行
o 负责组织建立并实施质量体系
o 负责新产品的开发、创新与引进。开发以基因芯片和基因测序为平台的检测产品
o 制订并组织实施技术人员工作目标、工作计划及相关技能培训

Job Description and Responsibilities:
" Through a short technical training with our partner in the US,
responsible
for transferring and establishing the proprietarily developed cancer molecu
lar lab tests in our Nanjing lab
" Responsible for establishing and implementing a lab testing quality
system
" Responsible for product development and delivering gene chip and
gene sequ
encing based diagnostic products
" Develop and implement technical staff work objectives, plan and
related sk
ill training
Education and Experience Requirements:
" Ph.D. or Master degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell
biology, o
r pathology
" Extensive molecular biology experience, specifically in DNA/RNA
extraction
, quantitative PCR (TaqMan), data interpretation and trouble shooting ( 3+ y
ears of experience )
" Tumor biology, human pathology, bioinformatics or molecular
diagnostics ex
perience preferred
" Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
" Proficiency in relevant molecular biology software
