在实验室呆2年了越来越不喜欢 bench work 也没前途，想quit 但又不想得罪老板
（万一以后要用到推荐信呢）辞职信怎么写好？
手头文章做到一半没做完估计老板要不高兴现在也没找到其他职位用什么理由辞职
好呢？请教一下

要写具体原因吗？其实没什么原因，就想编个说得过去的原因

如果改行，跟老板谈谈，一般都能理解，关键是在美国没有人能保证雇佣你一辈子，所
以改行找工作都很正常，然后你offer他三个月的时间培训新人

把具体原因想好，但不必细说。他问细节再说呗。
其实一般来说，family reason 的意思就是委婉辞职，老板也知道，而且细问下去也是
自讨没趣。

主要将来万一要推荐信不想把关系搞僵

主要现在还没想好转哪行？和老板直接说转行老板会不会不高兴啊？
还有要offer 三个月这么长时间？都是简单技术，实验室其他人都会啊

I regret deeply any injuries that may have been done in the course of the
events that led to this decision. I would say only that if some of my
judgments were wrong, and some were wrong, they were made in what I believed
at the time to be the best interest of the Nation.
