ls说不能有giftcard balance，是因为如果有balance的话，设置了1click以后，直接
charge gc了，charge不到discover上。。。。

很简单，把你的kindle注册到另一个你的AMAZON账号，只要里面没有GC balance就行了。

有两个KSO，买了两次1分的电子书，试试看哦。
记得Discover卡不足2块钱的Balance会自动不用付的，只用这么一次应该没事吧。
