我说的是通常的fluorescent widefield 或者 confocal显微镜，不算fancy的超分辨率
或者单分子显微镜技术。
因为细胞通常有一定的autofluorescence，一个细胞表达多少GFP分子才能使GFP荧光超
过自发荧光被检测到。

For GFP molecules in mammalian cells, the common ground is about 1000 GFP
molecules. Somebody ever claimed that 400 molecules were good enough.
