有没有人经历过Contract to Hire的？觉得就是试用3~6个月，不行就开人的意思。但
不知道雇主会不会觉得纯consultant价格太高，弄个CToH来诱人从而省钱（感觉CToH里
的C比纯C要便宜一些）？有经验的给指教一下。

Yeah, I know... Because I've never done this before, I can't help over-
thinking about it.
Another thing is that if you take a CToH job in June, after 6 months it's
going to be year end. You don't know if the busget for the H will still be
there or need new approval for the new fiscal year.
Any specific experience? Thanks!
