以前用wildside jar打花生酱，打打停停好几分钟才能打好，现在用twist jar 40秒就

Ip Man wasn't always Ip Man.
Before the incident, he was Kai-man, a kid born in a wealthy family. A
chance encounter with Chan Wah-shun set a new course for his life, where he
learned the ways of IPv2. Just when IPv2 was about to take off, the Japanese
army (which was part of the Axis) came in and conquered the vast land that
was the Intertube. In this incident, Kai-man witnessed the death of his
friend, Yu Di-pi. From his anger bore the all new IPv4. He beat up 10
Japanese black belts without batting an eyelid. The point had been made. The
army retreated. He along with his new found buddy Ti Xi-pi worked together
to build a new land called the Internet. He was christened The Ipv4 Man,
which later became just Ip Man.

我用maxiprep提取plasmid (2Kb)，跑胶得到2条带，还有些模糊的带，cut后也有几条
带，其中一条带是2kb, all the other bands are larger than the 2kb band。THe
restriction enzyme should only cut one site in the plasmid.Can I trust the
result? After that I will do the gel extraction. Why there are several bands
? Thanks.

一直讨厌wideside，力臂那么长根本打不好，这个twist jar是不是仿vitamix的drycup
？如果是的话我就不换vitamix继续用blendtec了。
以前用wildside jar打花生酱，打打停停好几分钟才能打好，现在用twist jar 40秒就

如果质粒有污染，后续实验都不靠谱

如果质粒有污染，后续实验都不靠谱

跑胶两条带就有问题了，就算不是污染也是d na受损。
应该看到一条带就对了。

买个jar吧便宜很多
其实都差不多的，这个jar看着能满足你之前的要求

那个twist jar应该是很好用,不过将近100刀,我觉得太贵了.
我也打花生酱,用"5"的速度,黑色盖子里的透明小盖拿掉,
用一根长棒,把周围的花生酱,不断的拨到中心去,打两次花生酱就好了.
