不像chase那样能发送voice message，只能选择send sms，许多操作动不动就要发条
sms来确认，开通了半年，花了几十条sms了，每条0.2刀，算起来也挺浪费钱的，今天
忍不住了，还是关掉了。
BOA这么大的银行，为啥就不能开发多一个voice message的option呢？sigh

今天律师发信说PERM approved了，然后说接下来是140，然后是485，信里有这样一句
话：
“Actual filing of your permanent residence application (I-485 application
for adjustment of status), however, will be delayed due to a backlog of
available visas in your preference category. Currently, the priority date
cut-off date for applicants in the EB-2 China category is 7/8/06. The
priority date associated with your case is12/17/10. ”
这啥意思，是说一直要到06年才能485吗？那就是说我一直到那时候都不能换工作？

I am going to in vitro differentiate TH17 from human PBMC. Does anyone has a
reliable method that has a good yield? I know it is a very tricky field.

是说你还不能file 485，只能先file 140，你要等到 cut-0ff date 到12/17/10的时候
，才能申请调整身份

people whose priority date is 7/8/06 can file 485 now, your priority date

是说,你先可以申请下来140.
之后是485,但是485要排队,先来后到的顺序排. 现在排在队伍最前边是"7/8/06"那天和
你类似办了PERM的, 你在队伍的位置是"12/17/10". 关于队伍的前进速度,取决于USCIS
, 你应该可以到EB2EB3版问到. 只有当队伍前进到"12/17/10"或者之后,你才可以递交
485.
