My guess is that the reviewer probably had two problems: (1) "potentially"
and "highly" cannot be used in such a way, so changing the structure of the
sentence to something like "it has the potential to be highly dangerous"
should be better; (2) "dangerous" is too vague and also a word not typically
used in scientific writing. The reviewer is probably asking for using a
more specific and accurate word that is more commonly used.

bio-research 里， 特别是写scientific papers....几乎没有highly dangerous 这类
说法：
我们lab 也做很多的药物test...看过我老板， 一个老美特别长于写fund application
的主如何用词：
“adverse effects of drug xxx... ” 这样不就“顺眼温和”多了。。。
