Hard to type Chinese.
I just got RFE for my I485. It asks for the proof of that I was lawfully
admitted to the US as a nonimmigrant prior to filing my case. It requires a
copy of I-94 issued upon my last admission or explanation if no I-94.
My situation is that my last entry to US is from Canada without a new I94
issued. I drove to Canada and back on the same day. When driving into the US
, the office on the border just check my passport and H1b approval notice
and let me in without any stamp on my passport.
If somebody has similar experiences, please give me some clues to answer
this FRE. I highly appreciate it.

Generation Sequencing in Medicine方向的lead guest editor。说实话杂志算不上好

Anyone interested in working with me as a guest editor of a supplement the
journal plans to publish within the next 12 months? The topic of the
supplement is Next Generation Sequencing in Medicine.
As a guest editor you will be asked to solicit five papers. At a later date
the guest editors will be asked to author the supplement's introductory
editorial.
Guest editors receive prominent recognition within the supplement's
editorial, on the journal's masthead, and in the press release to announce
publication. Guest editors may publish their own papers in the supplement
and will have the opportunity to work with other leading scholars in the
field. All articles published in the supplement will appear in Pubmed and
other leading databases such as EI.
Optionally, guest editors can receive a letter of reference from the
publisher endorsing their contribution and will have the opportunity to
cultivate their editorial experience; a useful step to later permanent roles
with journals.
If this is of interest please advise me within the next two weekdays.
Further information on the supplement including its aims and scope and the
role of guest editor is available upon request. Please make sure you read
the PDF before deciding to participate.

you should still have a i-94 which was issued when you came into US prior to
your canada trip.

Yes. I do have one prior to the Canada trip. But USCIS asks for the I-94
issued on my last admissiotn to the US. I did not get any one issued when I
came back from the canada trip.

how long is your trip in canada? if within 30 days, you do not need to
submit your i94
