BTW, my experience below
I waited 40 mins online and finally able to talk to a rep in gift card dept.
According to her, although the email from DELL shows the order was shipped
on Dec 4, they actually just cleared up all the verification this afternoon
on my order. She also said, I would be able to see the tracking info under
my order tomorrow morning.
PS: the estimated delivery is tomorrow Dec 7
