请教一下，我用CRISPR敲掉大鼠的A基因，然后再引入人的A基因去rescue，但是发现我
gRNA和人基因有13bp的相同。问题是我的CRISPR也会把新引入的基于人源的A表达敲掉
吗？

Cas9不是会到细胞核敲基因吗?如果我新引入的人源基因是质粒，应该只在细胞核外表
达，什么样的机制CAS9会对它产生影响呢？

质粒要进核才能表达吧
有报道推荐的方法是设计gRNA是target intron-exon junction，这样质粒rescue就没
事。当然具体rescue效果还得要western验证

看那13bp在什么位置，rescue的质粒改一下dna序列氨基酸不变就好了

I think they jacked up the prices...For example, I was looking at the
HydroSurge RapidBath system which Petco sells for $37 on Amazon then $49 on
