希望这里有经历了差不多情况的高人。
我现在还是绿卡，以后可能会入籍，家里人最近询问亲属移民的可能，主要是为了小外
甥考虑。我知道兄弟姐妹移民是第四优先亲属移民，排期要十多年。如果我能帮他们
申请的是后外甥11岁，那是不是要排期时间 - 批准所需时间<10年才有机会？要使机会
很小就不折腾了。如果我帮他们申请了移民，以后外甥拿到绿卡前有机会来美国留学
或旅游吗？还是说签证官会认为他有移民倾向。
