Peking University Alumni Association (SDPKUAA) on October 3 (Saturday), 2015

compete at the “6th Annual San Diego Dragon Boat Race”! For the first time!

experience to us, not to say that our team members have been in rigorous
training for weeks to prepare for the Big Day!

办贷款已经花了两个多月了，还没有remove contingency

No. Once the mortgage commitment is givene out, unless the mortgage bank ia
shut before closing and can't provide funding, the mortgage contingency
clause would no longer work. Unemployment is your own problem... Ask your
lawyer...

Loan approval is based upon the satisfaction of preset conditions including
income, credit and LTV. If income is gone, it directly threats future
payment ability to the bank, plus high risk of delinquent/foreclosure with
no payment for 2+ years.I would say NO bank will approve such a loan under
this circumstance. They have all their money at stake. (FHA loan may be
different.)
LZ should go talk to bank directly, to ask bank's option. And then exit the
contract with contingency.
