今天（7月5日星期二）10年国库券的回报率大幅回落0.06%至3.13%，直接导致一些loan
program的利率回落下调！重新贷款41万7以下30年固定在上星期连续上涨之后今天开
始回落至4.625%，15年固定仍为3.875%，5/1 ARM回落至3.125%！购房贷款41万7以下30
年固定利率仍为4.5%，15年固定仍为3.75%，5/1 ARM小幅回落至2.75%。

白皮书 is only valid two years, and you have to come back within 2 years,then you may apply for it again, usually you need to wait for 6 months in USA, after that you can leave for almost another 2 years. No more 白皮书 approval after 2 times.

to become a citizen?
then you may apply for it again, usually you need to wait for 6 months in
