我们家开始做草坪，大面积的野草。上次看到有人推荐在amzaon上卖的一种weeds
killer，错过了链接。有没有人给个链接？或者推荐一种？

put BSA powder in PBS solution, no shaking really or anything, just leave in
the fridge for sometime and it will gradually be dissolved.

ROUNUP会杀死所有的草，黄一大片。除非你想要把所有的草全除掉重做，否则不要用
ROUNUP。

加热就错了。
记住这个是一个蛋白溶液，加热的话很容易就把蛋白块给变性了，更加溶解不了。
一般而言，溶解BSA最好的方法就是楼上说的那种，就是把蛋白粉倒在溶液顶上，然后
用保鲜膜裹起来放在4度过夜。
注意加蛋白的顺序不可以颠倒，一定要先加溶液再加蛋白，千万不能把溶液直接倒在蛋
白粉上！

对，应该是roundups，因为面积很大，需要很多，我记得上次有个网友推荐amazon上面
一种相对比较便宜的适合大量用的roundups，也比较管用。请问你知道吗？或者推荐一
种？

面积很大是多大？roundup重做草坪，只适合面积很小的。
roudup不应该应用在草坪上，一遍是用在driveway和其他砖石地面，去除杂草的。

很多人误以为喷过roundup的地方寸草不生。其实roundup只有接触植物绿色部分才有效，到土地里就基本无效了。

本来round-up就是要慎用的，大面积播撒非常不明智，小面积使用就是为了避免负面效

药，店里不该卖，应该整个禁掉。很多毒性比你说的差的农药都禁掉了。

Roundup: Label - Keep out of reach of children, harmful if swallowed, avoid
