看最近ps版在讨论在staples买paypal reader，把staples的rewards或GC套现到paypal
，还可以小赚。我也想跳这个deal，准备买3个回来。被ld制止，说这个reader是for
small business的，今后可能要收费，可能还有其他问题……

Politico reported that the deal contains $1.5 billion for enhanced border
security, though it does not include money for the physical border wall
along the U.S.-Mexican border that Trump had pushed for.
It also contains bipartisan priorities, such as $2 billion in new funds for
the National Institutes of Health and former President Obama's cancer
moonshot initiative, Politico added.

癌症这块本来就是bipartisan support, moonshot这边应该是
年初congress就答应了的，说是1.8 B? 其实congress不给钱，
Biden自己搞个基金会给moonshot搞钱我看5年1.8B也没问题，
到时候大家脸上都不好看
