2010年在国内办的出生公证。有几个问题，请大家指点。
（1）英文翻译页把我和父母的名字都按照中文习惯翻译，把姓放在前面，名放在后面
。不知这是否可以。
（2）英文翻译页的原上有压上的钢印（不是红色印章），但不仔细看，看不出来。如
果将其复印件递交移民局的话，肯定看不出钢印。英文翻译页也没有公证人签名，不知
这如何解决，请大家建议。中文原件上有红色印章和签名。
（3）我的140表的出生地点填的是出生的小镇的名字。但出生公证上的只显示我出生的
县的名字。这也不知是不是个麻烦。如何解决。

给可怜的tsc同胞一点希望。昨天傍晚140终于过了，终于往前迈了一步。不知485，
ead和ap啥时来。是不是都要等很久，还是看运气？
贡献一点有用的，sugarland center welcome walkin. Just go after 11:00 when
they are not too busy. Don't go early in the morning， there are many people
. They will reject you.
还有公司一大票人都降级且pp成功了。所以能pp的还是上吧。

hello, 各位大牛好。最近做了几个knockin的reporter line，需要检测是否有random
integration。看了一下都是用Southern Blotting, 但是我们组因为不做southern，基
本的东西都没有，比如hybridization oven。就想问一下，有没有其他的方法可以检测
，如果没有，有没有什么公司提供Southern blotting的service的。谢谢。

1. no problem
2. no problem, same as mine
3. suggest you put both your city and county's names on your 140, just like,
city/county, so it is consistent with your notarized certificate.

Target DNA sequence should be able to tell whether you get random
integration, if I understand correctly.

多谢您的回复。我的140表已经递交，所以现在不知第三个问题如何解决。重新办出生
公证实在麻烦。

do not worry. Do not need new notarized. In your 485, it also ask your birth
city/county, make sure the one in 485 is consistent with notarization stuff
