首先我不赞成He这么激进的做法，他违反伦理和法规，这也是科学界都有的共识。但是
我也想说说这个实验对科学方面一点点正面的意义。
今天Nature News中提到几个处理办法，例如中国政府应该组织独立专家组调查确认出
生的基因编辑婴儿是健康的，没有脱靶意外的DNA突变。需要独立的科学家对父母和孩
子取样做深度DNA测序确认，看是不是像贺声称的那样基本没有脱靶。
crispr-cas9 本科生照着feng zhang的protocol都能做，现在已经成了常规实验手段了。
但贺的实验中存在的唯一还有点价值的地方，我认为是胚胎植入前的贺做的单细胞基因
组测序，目前单分子测序技术来说贺和他以前老板算是专家，而这个技术手段是未来基
因编辑临床应用，为了确保安全首先要攻克和提高的。

他单细胞测序用的10x的仪器，也是本科生就能做，有个P的价值。。。
另外单分子不等于单细胞

Fetus single cell RNA seq which has far-reaching research impact has been
done fully by Qiao Jie and Tang Fuchou's group, and which makes Qiao jie an
academy member last year. Even the whole altas of gene expression at every
single fetus stages has been compared in detail.China has many aborted fetus
to use for this kind of research. Still nobody dare to touch a living fetus
to born before until he who is idiot and zero knowledge of biology
What he did is quite late to claim any credits for that

如果他只做了single cell RNA seq,那不算什么，也好多实验室和公司都可以做。而且
只是在expression level验证，那用处不大。因为即使DNA突变了，未必会在RNA上反应
出来。
我的理解是他做了single cell DNA seq，尝试在genomic DNA level比对CRISPR-CAS9
实验前后的胚胎细胞，是否有突变，我说的是这个技术对未来应用安全性是有用的。
因为我查到几篇文章是他们实验室做的单细胞上单染色体的DNA测序.比如：

欢迎测序方面有研究的同行出来详细说说。
也希望政府能督促He 尽快发表原始数据，供科学家们检验。
