I put a registration form on a web site and it attracts spam emails. I heard
that you can install a CAPTCHA to prevent it, but it seems it is not easy
to install and customize it. Anybody recommends an easy program to do that?

Registration form怎么会有spam email呢？你form里有email address啊？你是说别人
用机器auto submit form吧？

You are right. The data submitted goes to an email account.

you use php? CAPTCHA is very easy to integrate.

加CAPTCHA 是非常容易的，随便Google一下就可以看到一堆

Yes, I do. I tried, but no luck. Got some error message.

First, try to validate the form input as much as you can. Second, you can
track IP address, if someone submits a form more than 3, 4 times a day from
same IP address, then stop actions etc.
There are a lot of different ways to stop spamming, its probably a good idea
to show us your form and tell us how it works first :)
