这要看你的server内容和访问数量了。如果只是提供文本内容及少量图片,那upstream bandwidth should not be a problem for normal website. a 500 kbps upsteam is ennough for even 1000 unique visitor a day. however, if your website is mainly serving tons of pics and file downloads, 10M bps wont be enough. so start with user testing, see how many user will come in a day, how many simultaneous users in peak time, how long each session will last, how many total downloads in one session...
