因为对大多数人来说opt在第一个学位找工作的过程里面已经用过了？还是mba可以重新
申请一个opt？

大多数MBA是国内直接过来的，没有用过OPT。

Theoretically you can have another OPT, but it really depends on the
counsel in the international office of your school.

no. If you already use one OPT for Master or PhD level before, you don't
have OPT for MBA

That is the tricky part. It really depends on the lawyer of the internation
office of your school. I have a couple of friends who got another OPT last
year. Even for the same school, if the lawyer change, it will have different
policy.

From what I know, you can have one OPT for each level of education, i.e.,
one for BA/BS, one for MA/MS/MBA, and one for PhD. I asked the
International Program at my school and it should apply to all schools since
they told me it's from USCIS.
