Many people claim that networking is the key in b-schools. To some extent,

After staying in US for almost a decade, I started picking up pieces of
doing networking with Americans
but still I kind of feel it is really hard to have a deep relationship or
trust with Americans. With all my
fellow Chinese friends, networking or social is just natural.

That's true. And it takes time and practice, you learn the stills by
watching others (especially local Americans) how they reach people and find
the common interests.
