Junior IBD analyst/associate usually earns a little less than a junior quant
analyst/associate in general. But senior IBD earns way more than senior qua
nt, not even on the same level.

这两年95k是NYC的标准，不管是GS还是CS都一样
有的会有15%的上浮空间，我知道去年GS和JPM是，看你怎么谈啦

it is pretty much standard for all banks. Have not heard any exceptions but
will not be surprised of there is.
