还是说即使partner以后被踢出的可能性还是很大？
另外，从associate consultant到partner一般平均几年，以Mckinsey举例吧。

as a partner you get evaluated every year and the up-or-out policy
still holds. in 6 years if you cannot advance to Director, you are
out even as a partner. it typically takes 6-8 years from associate
to get elected.
