我在Bay area一家比较大的软件公司Intern，公司大约20,000人左右。身份是F1 CPT。
主要做QA，Automation QA的工作，偶尔帮developer调试程序。工作环境还可以，
manager和lead都对我很好。
Manager觉得我还能胜任工作，所以告诉我他们有full time opening, 并且立刻帮我申
请H1B，今年10月1日生效。
虽然我已经结束自己所有的课程，但我的Master最快要到1月份才能拿到。所以公司律
师决定用我国内的BS来申请H1B。
我有两个选择：
（1）接受H1B，10月份开始正式工作
（2）继续CPT，然后毕业，申请OPT，明年叫公司申请H1B，或者同时继续找工作。
我主要在几个问题犹豫：
（1）我感觉Background比较match这个position，所以当时拿到这个Intern非常顺利。
我还没有面试过Microsoft, Google, Facebook，Apple，Cisco etc，所以很犹豫这个
Full time Offer.但是放弃H1B似乎也比较可惜。内心十分纠结。感觉现在经济不好，

5.47%，请查看例题。
虽然有这个例题，可是老师把formula给删除了，所以，我不知道那个5.47%是怎么算出
来的。

你这话几乎就没有一处是对的：2010财政年度的H-1B在去年12月就用完了，今年四月开
始可以申请的H-1B是2011财政年度的，现在还有几万的配额没用掉；如果公司愿意用
premium processing，LZ完全有可能在今年10月以前拿到H-1B的批准件。

谁知道用excel怎么做这题？下面是一道例题，解法一模一样，只有future value不一
