My group currently has two Ph.D students available at the Department of
Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering of The University of Akron.
Research focuses on the exploring the protein/peptide aggregation,
biomaterial design for nonfouling surface, and nanoparticle/polymer
synthesis
using both experimental (AFM, SPR, STM) and simulation (ab initio MD, MC)
approaches. Thus, I have one position for experiment, the other for modeling.
