各位化工高手:
我表弟想创业生产用于保护铝合金的压敏胶, 但是技术上没有头绪. 请问这方面有没有
比较好的书或文献?
他的信:
"我所需要的是塑料胶布与铝合金之间的中间体----压敏胶，它是涂抹于塑料胶带上的
粘合剂形成压敏胶带俗称不干胶带，这个中间体就叫压敏胶。那么不同材质的物体要求
的压敏胶不同比如不锈钢材料、铝合金材料、塑钢材料等等，既要让压敏胶带保护其表
面，还不能在去除压敏胶带时残留在物体表面（施完工以后要去除这层保护膜），所以
说黏着物不同工艺流程和压敏胶配方是不同的，我想要生产的就是这个中间体，还请哥
哥百忙之中抽时间为小弟操心，我学问太浅一时也弄不很明白，这些问现在国内我是没
能找到，有些收费网站交了钱也没解决很是郁闷！"

压敏胶主要是丙烯酸系和橡胶系的溶剂型或胶乳型胶粘剂。近年来，由于高速操作、合
理涂布、排除溶剂公害问题的需要，发展了热熔压敏胶。
压敏胶主要是丙烯酸系和橡胶系的溶剂型或胶乳型胶粘剂。近年来，由于高速操作、合
理涂布、排除溶剂公害问题的需要，发展了热熔压敏胶。热熔压敏胶（HMPSA）是以热
塑性聚合物为主的胶粘剂，集热熔胶和压敏胶的特点于一体，无溶剂，无污染，使用比
较方便。它在熔融状态下进行涂抹，冷却固化后施加轻度指压就能起到粘合作用。它的
应用范围很广，可用于尿布、妇女用品、双面胶带、标签、包装、医疗卫生、书籍装订
、表面保护膜、木材加工、壁纸及制鞋等方面，其中，包装用 HMPSA消费量最大，几乎
占总量的一半。
热熔压敏胶主成分较多应用苯乙烯类热塑弹性体。热熔压敏胶优点是无溶剂，因而无大
气污染，且生产率高。但缺点是耐热性、内聚力不足。新的SEBS、SEPS、环氧化SBS等
热塑性弹性体，用于制备更高性能的热熔压敏胶。新的丙烯酸酯嵌段共聚体耐热性、氧
化稳定性、UV稳定性、对HDPE、不锈钢、玻璃、聚苯乙烯、丙烯酸板、聚碳酸酯、尼龙
、聚丙稀等材料良好粘合，可用于制医用
