ABT人数：4-5
定位：不做那种high-fiedality simulation(什么都精确到99.5%)， 4-5个人也做不了
这种。只做一些适合operator training的那种，要求较低。
酬劳：没有工资。我自己都是那别人工资的，没钱发给别人发工资。很多中国都喜
欢先谈钱再做事，这些人请绕道。唯一的酬劳是股份和分红。
人资
1. chemical engineer，需要对scientific programming有经验，来做model, 例如温
度计算。我以前是做这方面的，很有经验。
2. control engineer, 需要熟悉各种DCS和PLC系统(Rockwell, Honeywell,ABT, Delta
-V...), 来复制客户的control system. 我对这个板块只是一知半解
3. software engineer, 需要熟悉OPC，来负责其他相应程序的开发，例如复制客户
的GUI或HMI。我对这个板块只是一知半解

2 其实不需要。或者需要一个人做模拟工控键盘

We are interested in developing a process program simulating the operation
of a pressure hydrometallurgy process, mainly for operator training. Key
process equipment includes autoclave, choke valve, flash vessel, pre-heater,
charge pump, etc. The Client has expressed considerable interests in the
concept and realization, but a at least a proof of concept model is needed
before pursuing further. Both the contractor and the owner are reputable
corporations in the industry.
I'd be interested in developing such product, and I guess this can be a good
starting point for this little project.

It would be much better if the core is an Excel add in. The client's IT
group will turn on their green light for you.
