1.5.4 样板图书室建设
Setup of Model Library
与微笑图书室合作的样板图书室,是图书组今年的工作重点。每个组织选了3 个样板点
。OCEF的项目点为贵州织金,云南宁蒗,山东定陶。这个项目得到了心平公益基金会的
支持。
The key focus area of the Library Group this year is collaborating with the
Smiling Library to set up Model Library. Each organization selected three pi
lot locations. OCEF selected Zhijing (Guizhou Province), Ninglang (Yunnan Pr
ovince) and Dingtao (Shandong Province). This project was also supported by
Xin Ping Foundation.
此项目旨在通过建立样板图书室,在图书室的形式、管理及使用上树立起榜样,以点带
面,因地制宜地促进本地区学校图书室的整体建设,使图书室更有效地发挥作用;
The purpose of this project is to establish best practices of form, manageme
nt and utilization of libraries through establishment of pilot library in or
der to improve the overall construction of schools libraries in this region
and to make the libraries more effective.
项目从2010 年3 月份启动,4 月份6 个项目点的14 个老师来北京参加了第一期培训。
培训完的老师作为种子老师,回到学校开始试点推广阅读。主要的工作如下:
The project was initiated in March 2010, 14 teachers from six pilot location
s came to Beijing for training in April. Once the training was completed, th
e teachers went back to promote readings as seed teachers. Main tasks includ
ed:
2010 年第一学期,主要是学校自身建设。随后志愿者走访项目点,与学校的老师沟通,
给下一步的阅读推广活动提出一些建议。第二学期,在继续自身建设同时,大部分点做
了辐射周边学校的活动。同期志愿者走访项目点,了解阅读活动的开展情况。
First it is self development of the pilot schools during the first semester
in 2010. Later volunteers visited pilot schools and talked to the teachers a
bout suggestions on reading promotion activities to be implemented in the ne
xt step. During the second semester, most of the pilot schools reached out t
o adjacent schools along with continued self development activities. At the
same time, volunteers continued visits to the pilot schools to understand th
e implementation of reading activities.
2011 年第一学期的工作重点是帮助学校上一堂有质量的阅读课,以及鼓励教师的共同成
长团体。
OCEF 已经计划将样板点之一--贵州织金,建设成为综合资助点,在图书的基础上,开展
午餐、课桌椅、青少年健康教育等各种资助项目。
The main focus in the first semester of 2011 is to help the pilot schools to
organize high quality reading classes and to encourage teachers to collabor
ate and to grow together. OCEF plans to establish Zhijin, one of the pilot l
ocations, to become a comprehensive sponsored pilot and to begin lunch progr
am, classroom desk and bench program, youth health education program amongst
other sponsored programs.
这是图书组首次相对深入的阅读推广活动,不仅给学校配书,同时帮助老师开展阅读推
广活动,针对老师做一些阅读培训等等。在这个过程中,我们吸取了下面一些经验。
This is the first in-depth experiment of the Library Group in promoting read
ing activities, not only supplied reading materials, but also helped the tea
chers in carrying out reading activities and implemented trainings tailored
to the teachers for reading activities. We've gained a lot of experiences du
ring the process, including:
首先是要选对项目点,项目点的校长重视阅读,愿意配合我们做促进阅读的活动,自己
也有一定的主动性,这样我们的工作才容易开展下去。OCEF 最初选的贵州荔波,学校老
师缺乏动力,后来才改为山东定陶。受助点也对我们有个选择过程,对他们信任和了解
的项目方,他们会很愿意配合并开展活动。
First, it is paramount to identify the pilot locations, where the school hea
dmaster values the importance of reading and is willing to take initiatives
and to work with us to promote reading activities, which makes our job much
easier. One of the pilot locations initially selected was Dingtao (Shandong
Province) and we switched to Dingtao (Shandong Province) when we found out t
hat there lacks motivation in Dingtao. It is a two way street for the sponso
red locations as well, they are much more willing to collaborate and to carr
y out activities with the sponsoring teams that they knew and trusted.
其次,老师的阅读很重要。只有老师开始阅读了,才能带动学生阅读。所以我们开始针
对老师做一些阅读指导,给老师配一些阅读方面的图书。
Second, it is very important for the teachers to read. Only after the teache
rs started to read that the students would follow suit. To this end, we hav
e supplied reading materials to the teachers and have also given reading ins
tructions tailored to teachers.
第三,鼓励学生参与。很多学校,师资紧张,没有多余的老师参与到图书阅读中来,而
学生的参与图书管理则可以解决这个问题。
Third, we need to encourage students to be engaged. In many schools where th
ey are already understaffed, there was no capacity for teachers to participa
te in book reading. This issue can be resolved by getting students involved
in book management.

External Collaboration
l? 2010 年4 月参加心平公益基金会组织的" 第一届中国乡村图书馆建设与阅读推广研
讨会" ,在会上,图书组作为代表,向其他NGO介绍了OCEF 图书项目的情况。
April 2010, attending the First Seminar on China's Rural Library Constructio
n and Reading Promotion organized by the Xin Ping Foundation. On behalf of O
CEF, the Library Group introduced OCEF's book projects to other NGOs.
l? 2010 年10 月,参加北京阅读工作沙龙,与北京的其他NGO志愿者,一起讨论童书。
October 2010, attending Beijing Reading Forum. Discussing children's book wi
th volunteers from other NGOs in Beijing.
l? 2010 年11 月,邀请美味书斋的志愿者梁立协助走访贵州务川的图书项目学校,并为
当地的老师做阅读培训。
November 2010, invited volunteer Liang Li from Den of Delicious Reading (Mei
wei Shuzhai) to assist visits to library project schools in Wuchuan (Guizhou
Province) and trained local teachers on reading.

没去,就跑去看了下阿里的
老中好多,能占20%吧,要是生物年会估计能占40%
