我现在工作不到三年，能申请的职位大概是Junior,Junior-Mid,撑死Mid，而且面试中
问的偏向Java Core的问题以及数据库的一些基本问题
请问大概几年工作经验能申请Sr.的职位？面试要求大概是哪些？平时需要做哪些积
累？
比如简历中写了会spring,hibernate什么的，对方也就是简单问问，我觉得是不是因为
职位偏低所以要求不高？如果真的要达到Sr.的水平，面试的时候会不会问的很深入？
另外Sr.会要求在系统的设计和性能方面有比较深的理解和造诣？不知道在平时怎么积
累这些设计方面的经验呢？因为目前工作大部分是bug fix以及小程序的开发，很少设
计从头设计以及开发大的系统，这样工作几年也还是不行吧？
请各位赐教！

It really varied from one firm to the other. Sr. Developer in A is really
not equal to Sr. Developer in B. Our team is all Sr. developers or
developer managers. I was recruited as Sr. developer with about two years
fulltime java experience. (I am familiar with Hibernate/Spring though.) But
my job so far actually just deals with Java core or Hadoop (learning during
the work). The interview is really basic, "write a method of Math.pow", "
reverse a linked list", ...) I have some domain knowledge (non-CS) though.
It varies from one case to the other. You really need to read the
specific job description to tell. You should not hesitate to try a Sr.
developer job.
