Good points: professional, comprehensive, simple, might have lower benefit rate. 2. part-time. I am sure you know somebody whose spouse is an accountant staying at home. Start with them because you know and trust more about your friends and family members. at your current situation. If growth is high, you can make him/her a full timer later on after trust is established. Good point: cheaper, simple 3. by yourself. Unless you are professional in it, OR your (desired) pay rate is lower than hiring a part-timer, I would not recommend you this way. Good point: most trustworthy. least efficient for most.
My perm took like 10 month..140 submitted in August too..pending.. Why I never have the good luck as others..like perm 2 month, 140 1 month? ~~ ~~~~~~~~ lol
