刚收到一PI的email，说他把我的简历和他的proposed research proposal 送到
internal selection committee那儿，作
第二轮的筛选。不知道这样的成功率有多大。有类似经验的学哥学姐吗？

not by considering the current EB2 processing time and the PD proccessed now

谢了，不是说东西值钱不值钱，就是不知道这个交税怎么操作，当场付钱划卡可以吧，
否则半夜12点走不了还要换人民币麻烦死了。
当然没抽到最好了。

没有，我曾经试图找过电子书，可惜未果。后来花了九牛二虎之力才从国内找到一本中
译本（唉，我单词量不够，英文版看起来太费劲，呵呵，只好放弃）。如果你英文好，
可以看英文。否则好像国内有网上书店也可以订。
书不厚，很快就能看完，呵呵。

书一点儿都不厚，主要是中译本太难找了，这个你可想而知了，现在看这种书的人屈指

本来想就在痞子堡呆着算了
不过绿卡被audit了
LD到是计算机，不过公司也不给办eb2, eb1，再加上LD工资太低
就决定动动了，
LD搞定了。。我也该动手了

san mateo安全还好吧，除了downtown有一片(el camino 往东)据说以前比较乱
便宜的我倒是知道一个: hillsdale gardens. 交通,shopping都很方便
里面的装修很一般不过。

刚看了看，房租涨的好厉害啊。比6年前涨了50%都不止。
光就安全性来讲，半岛这里应该是foster city犯罪率最低了
比匹兹堡绝对安全多了。半岛的两个中国超市都在这里，买菜比较方便。呵呵。
