Bonus is usually paid in March. If I quit my job in January or Feb, can I
still get my bonus for this year? Anyone has such experience?

最主要原因是国家政策造成，企业特别是国企，国家长期扶持，如金融、财政大量投入
，企业垮了，贷款国家买单，工人工资照常按发放。城市基础设施比农村好，城市人口
亨受公共服务多，受教育程度高，就业容易，工资高，家庭经济基础比农村人口宏厚，
城市人口比农村人口拥有的社会资源多，还有历史的原因。造成城市人口发展、就业等
机会比农村人口机会多，容易成功(包括创业、就业)。农村大多数人，只能从事体力工
作，所以发财机会少，因此农民辛苦一辈了也没有钱。
一个农村家庭一般年收入不超过六千，这个只能是大概这个数，养了一个儿子，大学毕
业后在城市里工作，到了要婚嫁年龄了，女方要求要买楼，三线城市最低首付也要二十
万左右，这个钱怎么来呢。三代人的积蓄才能给的起这个钱，然后呢儿子背负月供，还
有小孩上学的费用，会有钱吗
脸朝黄土背朝天辛苦一辈子没钱，我认为是他们没有话事权。买别人的东西别人定价，
自己产品也是别人定价。
创造的价值少，如果农民能富，谁还去十年寒窗？最基本的，挣钱能力有限，娃还生的
多，注定贫穷

正在申请会计硕士，哪位哥哥姐姐可以给点建议，Bentley和CUNY Baruch，哪个就业好
一点？

CUNY Baruch
又实际又好找工。虽然是CUNY的，但是在纽约市ACCOUTNING声誉很好，LOCATION也好
，很容易找INTERN

Usually No.
You have to be employed by the current company when bonus is distributed.

我如果方便问我的老板或HR，我早就问了。
版上肯定有人有过类似经历，所以到这里问。

每个公司都不一样。很多公司都可以prorated. 你不敢问HR或老板，起码可以问同事
。有的公司应该有policy可以看。
