我看了看介绍，感觉只能这个实验室内部的position才能申请，它不提供，好比我需要
到一所大学做博士后所需要的资金吧？能不能稍微介绍下？
我也不需要很多钱，能够吃够用就行，
不过还是多谢啊

做哪一行的啊？一般还是要老板Support的，NSF和NIH的那种有Seed Money的咱们不能
申；一般就是申个什么JaneCoffinChild之类有人名的或者什么什么ScienceFoundation
的，就是个工钱。

多谢这个信息啊，记下了。我化学，有机方向的
我发现他们欧洲好多国家都有自己的funding,不过都只能欧洲他们自己申请。连印度的
自带funding的都很多。中国的留学基金委说只能目前在国内的学生才能申，我也没机
会了，能申的funding太有限了。

The sponsor must be a technical staff in the Lab. The application package
includes a proposal (1 page),3 strong recommendation letters, and other. The
fund is from the Lab. So usually the staff member will work hard with you
to apply the fellowship because he can benefit from this. Once successful,
you work for him but your expense (salary + overhead + experimental) is paid
by the fellowship.The first important step is to find the right staff
member who can sponsor you and should be widely known
