看攻略Statement of Reason模板，专门强调I am not being funded by the United
States or Chinese government, or any international organization. 而且好像在
添3035表时，也会问到这个问题，NIH博后就肯定是USA government资助的了吧，还是
也算是boss资助不算政府资助？多谢

我的tp２上的internet sharing只有usb和bluetooth的，有没有程序能够实现通过wifi
share我的data plan呢，就象huawei E５那样的？btw，好象ipad也是支持bluetooth
的，那它能用tp２通过bluetooth share的方式上网吗？

我有一个短期投资房，去年7月买的，9月卖掉。condition很好，没修过。本来当出租
房买的，后来看价格不错就卖了。
研究了几天irs的pub，发现很多expenses，如property tax，HOA，minor repair，
utility，maintenance，supplies，transportation等都不能算到basis cost里面去，
那么要如何report这些expenses呢？
网上有人说是在schedule D里按capital gain算把basis cost减掉，其他expenses在
schedule C里面报。这样可行吗？但用了schedule C irs会不会把我当成flipper呢？
还有人说property tax可以按照 an election to capitalize carrying charges，这
样可以算到basis cost里。而其他expenses要放到schedule A里面报。（今年我
itemized deduction不够，打算用standard deduction。这种报法比较吃亏）
不知道谁说得对呢？
第一次有投资房，很多事情不清楚。诚心求教，望各位大牛帮忙。包子不多，到时一定
倾囊而出。

可以装wifi router，然后其他机器通过它上网
偶尔用用可以，但是用它作为唯一的上网方式估计不方便
