母亲一月份做了根治手术，左乳和腋下淋巴都清扫了，医院让做4次化疗，同时用赫赛
汀。上周五第三次后今天查血说蛋白低，需要打蛋白针。请问这个一定要打吗？这两天
难受的程度比之前几天要好一些，今天是化疗后的第8天了，好像说7～10天是蛋白最低
的时候。

couple 一方 06年F1来美，去年暑假没课的时候已经不能免SS税了。11月H1B工作。
另一方 07年来美，去年全年F1。
请问这种情况可以joint file resident alien 么？
如果只有一方有某州的收入，是不是可以一方单独报那个州税？

别自己吓自己。排期到了也不是立刻能收到email, case status 更新也未必及时。
我前一一段时间换工作申请了h1b transfer. 今天公司收到approval notice. 但是上
网查, status 还是 initial review.
说不定很多ID 的卡已经批了，只不过通知还没发出来而已。
同理我觉得没必要立刻催绿，都等了5，6年了， 还在乎这几天吗？如果15号以后还没
消息，在催不迟

如果没有症状的话，白蛋白大于20（退一万步讲，那24作为cut off，如果没有其他基
础病，乳腺癌化疗患者几乎不可能低到这个程度），没有任何依据认为“打蛋白针”对

非常感谢回复。病人就是感觉乏力，其他症状不明显。有心脏病，去年刚做了一个支架
，还在服用心脏病药物。今天又电话到医院咨询，医院说白细胞太低了，让先打3支升
白针，然后再查血。
