一直以来特注重对宝宝牙齿的保护，比如在她小的时候喝奶后用白开水漱口；吃完水果等甜的东西一定会让她喝点白开水，一天刷牙好几遍，生怕她长龋齿。可是，千防万防，前几天还是在她的小乳牙上发现了黑洞洞。于是就赶紧约了牙医去处理。
牙医很nice，态度也很和善。可是，宝宝很抗拒，只要治疗牙齿的器械一进入她的小嘴巴就拼命反抗，又哭又闹不配合。医生说没办法，需要回家做一下思想工作，让宝宝有充分的思想准备再进行治疗。实在不行的话，再采取强制措施。
从牙医那边出来，宝宝就眨着她的大眼睛说“牙医阿姨的那个工具一伸进我的嘴巴，我的脑子里就有一个声音在喊‘不要，不要，不要’，什么时候那个声音没有了，我就乖乖接受治疗。"
以前，宝宝也算是个坚强的宝宝，比如打疫苗的时候都不会哭，抽指血化验的时候也能面不改色的应对。所以，我一开始自以为是的认为，这次看牙医应该也不会有大问题。没想到，她这次反抗的特别激烈，可是，龋齿不处理后果也会很严重。真是发愁啊。

我在大学里教书，做了七、八年的项目的商业化最近被提上日程：有人愿意加入团队经
营管理。我和医学院的一个合作者为founder, 进入board of directors. 下周讨论

制药行业的质谱其实和其他行业没区别，只是个工具，一样的原理，一样的分析方法。

做质谱好找工作吗?工业界如何？如果想当faculty呢?听说仪器很贵,没多少学校会给
new faculty买质谱.

药厂要的做多的是小分子定量， 做MS的大多还是proteomics
所以药厂大多是注重LC-QQQ or Q-tof，
MS实验室就是什么都用了，Q-tof，Ion trap，FT etc

这样的人多数不是质谱大牛。而且印象当中学术界也没啥这样的人，可能就UIC的van
breeman算一个吧。其他人的话，要么就根本是做药的实验室，有一两台质谱放着做检
测器用，或者用学校的公共质谱仪。这样的人一般都在药学系，无论如何都不算是做质
谱的大牛。要么就只做质谱不做药。在学校里去质谱大牛的实验室的话，那就只能学质
谱，同时学制药那就不要想了。药厂里用质谱的人一把一把的，但是都是半桶水，真正
明白质谱的有那么几个人就够了，需求量不大。剩下干活的人里面什么专业出生的人都
有，大部分都是听过几个半天一天的short course就上手做了。

我觉得要做好,还是需要很多背景的,比如setup方法,不然像你那样听了几天课就干活的
,基本上是被layoff的首选.另外我想问问,如果往学术界发展,做MS好找位置吗?

您要是非top schools不去那我也没办法, 有分析组的学校都要招个MS guy的. 很多人
会要跟您合作. 但要注意一定要有自己的研究主轴. 俺学校一个MS guy就是因为所有的
项目都跟别人搭伙, 看来像替人打工的, 没拿到tenure被踢走了.
