现在是J2签证，想开公司，只是做为owner，不给自己发工资，是不是就没有关系？
都有哪些注意事项，申请流程。。。。主要是自己做了一个网站想接一些广告。
有没有过来人愿意交流一下？

大家好：
可能有朋友会说这么多问题还回去干嘛？我只能怪自己没有早发现这些问题，早就答应
父母和女友说12月份要回去，不想让他们失望。所以，希望大家能帮忙解答。
最大的问题，I-797A被USCIS寄丢了，律师从未收到，已经申请去要duplicate。反签时
我手里只能有I-797C原件和复印件，I-797A的duplicate。这样是否可行呢？
不大不小的一个问题，护照反签时有效期不足12月要换，预约签证时用旧护照，反签时
新旧护照都带是否可行？自己上网查到的普遍说法是可以

昨天看华人看到说硅谷变成XX谷 IT已经烙印了 目前我们这个行业还没被冲击 虽然被
冲击的可能性也不太大 但是我们是不是要防范于未然 先团结起来啊

个人认为最保险的方法是注册个c-corp.这样你的公司就是独立法人，你和它的关系只
是你是股东。就好像你买了google的股票，所以也是google的股东一样。就是费用稍微
高点。还要有董事会啥的。

自己follow up
护照可以旧的预约，新旧一起拿着去签，预约的时候旧的有效就行。
I-797A不清除，但C恐怕不行，就不知道A的duplicate是否能和A一样。

其实没觉得好也就不用觉得好。每个人的G点不一样。

妙庄王三公主成道,那个故事还是很感人的。个人觉得不管观音原形是出于那里。中国
的观音菩萨，甚至中国的佛教思想，都是自成一格，是佛儒道墨的杂合体。很多佛教故
事非常感人，我翻给隔壁阿三小妞听，她也觉得很感人,在他们的宗教里基本没有这种
故事，只有戒律。
还是中土的佛教好啊。至少感化世人，无出其右。

follow up myself again.
I did some research, seems like a lot of people lost I-797A, or cant get the
original from employer to get visa stamping.
I did find cases in which people use duplicate I-797A, certified copy of I-
797A and got visa. However, the cases were old or non-Chinese.

其实如果你没有外州的收入，填resident和non-resident没有区别
