情况是这样的，我今年5月16毕业，也就是I20过期的日子
已经有Job Offer, 但是OPT才办，估计要七八月才能下来。
手持5年F1签证，想5月中--6月中回国一个月。
入关被拦住的可能性大吗？我也做了很多research，都说
reenter under OPT pending is very risky.
想问问有人有案例可以分享吗，多谢

一个人的贸易公司作坊，当时注册在DE了，人在MA。没在MA申请“doing business as
foreign company"，主要是不知道需要申请。刚发现，好像需要在MA申请。那岂不是
两个州都要交申请费，交年费吗？大家在DE注册的，都是怎么做的呀？
就在家办公，东西不经过我的手，直接从卖家全部出口回中国，也没有仓库什么的，是
不是也叫”operate in MA"呀？

2. 1040NR本身就可以填treaty的免税。不用用另外表去免税
4. 只是F1 nonresident的是偶不用交SS和medicare税。F1 resident的时候要交

我们发的应该叫sales invoice吧.
我的理解是commerical invoice是给海关看的,过境的时候才用.普通invoice就是公司
开给customer的invoice.

1040NR有填写Treaty免税的内容。1040NR-EZ中

i am in a social science major, but my major is within a department of shool
of Nursing in UCSF. Some people approach me for this position. I am
wondering whether I should transfer.
I am currently in a state university (ranked 40-50), assistant professor.
Should I consider move?

I don't know how to say, it is hard to get into UCSF, though it is research
intensive, basically no R01 or 1million grant, hard to get tenured.
But if your major is statistics, different story, relatively easy.
Just my two cents.
