这个recruiter是真的急着招人，有绿卡并且有composite经验的人试一下这个职位吧。
投简历的时候说明是我refer你的（那个recruiter非得让我给他推荐一个同事/同学），
不要说是从网上看来的……你给我站内信我告诉你我的名字。
下面是recruiter给我的信：
I am engaged on a search for a Senior Polymer Chemist with
composites experience. My client is a very exciting, growth
oriented manufacturer of sustainable products in Denver. The
successful candidate must have experience with synthesizing,
formulating & evaluating polymers, resins, foams, & cellular
structures for the composites, insulation & adhesives markets.
Familiarity with lab practices associated with resin mixing,
resin transfer molding, prepregging, filament winding,
& composite layup. A relocation allowance is available &
salary is commensurate with experience. I am looking for a
professional with a MS Degree (a PhD is a plus) who has at
least 2+ years working experience. Would you be aware of
someone who may have this background who would have interest

it really depends ... but make sure u keep constant contact with
them to make sure they understand you are still interested in
them...

我的给了1个小时。
公司前一天用最快的FedEX把Package给我的时候是第二天快3pm了，Deadline是再一天
的5pm,我这Local Fedex Cutoff time是4pm, 必须把package签好后寄出去，所以我有1
个小时10分钟的样子考虑。
还是很大的公司。.。。。。。。。
我的给了1个小时。

拖着没意思。你可以和他们negotiate。一来一回几天就过去了。
