啥大佬阿。。。真正牛逼的人压根看都不看、不回这封信。。。如我，呵呵。。。
触动神经的话无非是：
（1）我们division如此牛逼，你居然让你的会员在过去五年失效了！
（2）你不在的时候我们又干了若干牛逼的事，你的损失，为你遗憾！
